I am back! I was doing some charity work all morning and i just came back to the office. i haven’t spoken yet with Hiroko and Sun, Also i do not kbnow how they feel about last night.

午前中のチャリティー活動を終えて、ようやくオフィスに戻ってきました。今日はヒロコとサンとは話していないので、この結果について彼女たちがどう思っているのか、まだ分かりません。

Congratulation MEXICO! ミス・メキシコ、おめでとう！！

Stunning face and very healthy body, well diserved. 美しい顔立ちと健康的なボディを持った彼女…優勝して当然です。

then Colombia, India, Spain and USA 後に続くのはミス・コロンビア、ミス・インディア、ミス・スペイン、ミス・USA I am so happy with Spain placing in the top 5 because we spoke about it with Hiroko the other day and she told me that she is sure that Spain will be in the top 5 on July 14th.

以前ヒロコとミス・スペインが7月14日の本選でトップ5に残ると話していたので、この水着審査でトップ5に選ばれたのは予想どおりでした。

And a special message of love and congratulation to Colombia people and army for the liberation of Ingrid Betancour last night together with 3 American citizens. Quelle joie, merci Colombia!

Riyo just emailed me and sent me these pictures, I sent her another suicase full of pretty dresses and this one from Patrizia Pepe, is one of them. いつもの様に、理世に送ったスーツケースいっぱいの服が到着した、と写真付のメールを送ってくれました。上はその中の一枚、Patrizia Pepeのドレスです。 The subjet of her emails were:

Just spoke with Hiroko she said that this morning they shot pictures and film at the pool in swimsuit and that after the session with everyone, the crew chose a group of 6 girls for the shoot. Total 6 group. Her group inclueded Sun, Korea, also Venezuela, USA, Colombia and Trinidad &Tobago. Then after the shoot they chose Colombia to shoot alone. Then after the shoot everyone went to the first rehearsals on stage for the preliminaries which will be held on the 8th. Then everyone was aksed to walk on stage and then the delegates were separated in 6 different teams/groups. Apparently, most of the girls this year are not good walkers…. the choreographer was freaked out! Sun, Korea is together with Colombia and USA, front stage and right in the middle! No surprise as she moves like a Victoria Secret supermodel. Hiroko is on the back , front row on the stairs. She is placed in the middle of Finland, Greece and Germany. She says that in her group only Finland can walk well, that’s might place Finland in the top 15…. Then tonight is the fashion show in a swimsuit. Five finalists will be chosen and the winner will be announced. I expect Colombia to win, as she has an amazing body and she is so far, the best at walking from South America.

たった今、ヒロコと電話で話しました。今日は朝からプールで水着の撮影だったそうです。出場者全員で撮影した後、6名ずつに分かれてグループ撮影しました。彼女のグループはミス・コリアのサンとミス・ベネズエラ、ミス・USA、ミス・コロンビア、ミス・トリニダード・トバゴでした。その後、ミス・コロンビアだけの撮影がありました。

撮影の後、7月8日に行われる予選の初めてのリハーサルがありました。出場者は6つのグループに分かれて、順番にウォーキングをしたのですが…今年の出場者のほとんどはウォーキングが苦手で、振付師が頭を抱えているようです。

サンはミス・コロンビアとミス・USAと同じチームした。ステージの一番前で、なんと真ん中を歩いたそうです。彼女のウォーキングはVictoria Secret のスーパーモデル並みなので、これは当たり前の結果だと思います。ヒロコはステージ後部にある階段の前の列で、ミス・ドイツ、ミス・ギリシャ、ミス・フィンランドの間だったそうです。ヒロコは、一番ウォーキングが上手かったのはミス・フィンランドで、彼女はトップ15に勝ち残るでしょう。

Sun said that Hiroko lost lots of weight from since she arrived in Vietnam. Hiroko chan gamabate kudasaii, watashi no ichiban desu!

 

昨夜、サンから電話がありました。昨夜行われた水着審査のリハーサルで、ミス・ジャパン、ヒロコが優勝したそうです。2位はミス・ジャマイカ。ヒロコはベトナムに来てから、更に体重を落としているとサンが言っていました。頑張ってヒロコ！あなたは私のナンバー１よ！

Colorful Hiroko! News from Vietnam…. I heard this morning from people who works on site in Nah Trang that everyone got really upset last night about Miss Venezuela being in the first and official car to open the parade together with Miss Vietnam. The delegates were really mad with Vietnam people making such an open choice like this. Everyone likes Miss Venezuela but this was perceived as unfair. Also it started from before the parade when Miss Venezuela was given a hat and nobody else received one, and also because her Ao Dai was the most unique one from all.

ベトナムからのニュースです。

今朝Nah Trang で働いている人から聞いたのですが、ミス・ベネズエラがミス・ベトナムと一緒に、パレードのオープニングカーで登場したために、皆が昨夜気を悪くしたということです。代表者達は、開催国がそのような選択をしたことに怒っていました。皆、ミス・ベネズエラが好きですが、不公平だと感じています。又、ミス・ベネズエラのアオザイが、最もユニークで、パレードの前にミス・ベネズエラだけ帽子が与えられて、他の候補者には与えられなかったのです。

. OULALA…. I was told that the Miss Universe Organization had nothing to do with this decision, it was arranged by the host city organizers apparently. Also, I called Hiroko afterwards and she confirmed that the girls were upset….

私は、ミス・ユニバース世界大会本部（ＭＵＯ）はその決断とは一切関わっていないと聞いています。開催国によるものだということです。このことがあって以来、他の代表者達は、とても気を悪くしているそうです。

beautiful and sassy Sun! I heard that Miss Vietnam is not cherished by the locals in Nah Trang but that all the delegates really like her as she is a sweetheart. Anyway, on a sweet note, Hiroko told me that Miss Indonesia was born on the exact same day than her, on the 5th of December 1986! As well as Walt Disney many years before them…..(not Mickey Mouse LOL!). Also Hiroko read my blog and she asked me to add Miss Puerto Rico to her list of friends, she said that Ingrid is really nice, fun and real. , , , , Okay, …..at least I am giving uncensored news of what is happening behind the scenes in Vietnam…. don’t be mad at me, if you do not want to know, then do not visit my blog….. love, ines

美しいサン！

ミス・ベトナムは、ニャチャンの方々から絶大な支持をえているわけではないようです。なぜなら、国が北と南の2つに分かれていて、ニャチャンは南側で、彼女が“北”出身だからということのようです。けれども彼女自身は、とても優しい子です。なのに、このような可哀相な事が世界で起こってしまって…。

とにかく、いいニュースを書きましょう。寛子が言っていたのですが、ミス・インドネシアと誕生日が同じとのこと。1986年12月5日生まれよ!　かなり前だけど、ウォールト・ディズニーとも同じなのよ。ミッキーマウスでなくてね！（笑）

それじゃあ最後に…、私は、検閲されていない（ありのままの）ベトナム大会の裏で起こっているニュースを伝えているけれど、怒らないで下さいね。もし、知りたくなければ、ブログを見なければいいのですから。
