Organic lunch at Brown Rice on Omotesando together with my beautiful and sweet friends: Maria, Asami, Andrea and Hiroko

Okay,,,, now you gonna be really surprised…… Maria is in her 9th month of pregnancy!!! On this picture you cannot tell…. but you can see below.

I am wearing a Djellaba (جلابة), which is a dress worn throughout Morocco that I bought from a Marrocan woman in an Arab shop, in my village n France. It is the best to wear when the temperature raises above 35 degrees like today. I paired it with pink Marc Jacobs shoes and a Patrizia Peppe bag, Armani gasses and purple pearls bought in Takeshita dori a few years ago.

During lunch, I was seated next to Maria and I had my hand for a little while, on her stomach, just to feel her little baby moving inside, kicking and stretching, so cute!!

I miss that time when I could feel my boys leaving inside of me, sharing the oxygen I breath and the food I eat. I love the feeling of creating life and I would love being pregnant again…. in another life for sure because 3 boys is plenty enough to keep me busy!!

Asami’s pants: OMG I love them!… she told me she bought them in LA, I will get the name of the designer, I forgot to ask her. Stylish Hiroko is wearing a grey-lycra top that she bought in 109 in Shibuya. Together with short denim-pants, a Chloe bag and Marni platform shoes. Below, her best accessory: her flamboyant red bicycle! Hiroko lives on Omotesando also she can bike everywhere, bicycle is great to keep beautiful legs.

September fashion magazine covers are the most important of the year. With fall just around the bend, September issues are packed with the newest trends, which make it our bibles for the season. (They’re also packed with advertisements, essential to a magazine’s survival.)

Her we go…. my favorites September’s covers!

 

Vogue Germany

My absolute favorite cover among the September’s issues this year! Fresh, energetic, a bit 80’s flare in the look, but super chic. Love the eye thing, it gives you the desire to open the magazine to see why she is so happy…. Love also the caption “Let’s Shop!” because it sounds promising.

Vogue Paris

My second choice… French actress Marion Cotillard looks flawless and retro-chic. Her eyes are powerful, her fresh young face, she reminds me on this photo of French singer and actress Vanessa Paradis in her twenties (Johnny Depp’s wife…). I bought the magazine in Paris at the airport just before getting on the plane for Tokyo! I collection French Vogue since I am a child, actually never thought of it, but one day it could be worth a fortune i guess…..

Vogue Italia

It could be Miss Ukraine 2010! They look the same. I like the freshness, confidence and stare, indeed very feminine. The dog is too cute as well. I am so excited to wear beige, camel colors this winter, also the cover makes me want to buy the magazine to explore the creamy look opportunities for the season.

 

Vogue USA

This issue was supposed to be iconic, Halle Berry being the first black woman on the September cover since 1989!! (Thank you President Obama!)

We all know that Halle is famous for her short hair, also it would have been an equally huge statement (fashion-wise at least) putting a woman with cropped hair on its cover, which we can’t remember the last time that happened. The wig is a safe move, which proves once again how conservative and safe, American people are in general, even in the high-fashion world….

 

Bazaar USA

Great Cover with Jennifer Aniston, but if you’re going to do Barbra Streisand, get the real Barbra! Imitating other living celebrities is pointless and so deja vu……

 

ELLE UK

Elle UK features a pouty Emily Blunt in a lacy outfit. The lace has enough interest to encourage a shopper to purchase the mag. It is an okay cover, not fantastic though…. but i like the styling and the freshness of Emily on it.

 

Vanity Fair USA

It’s a great cover with Lady Gaga, not only for its pop culture appeal, but because it depicts Lady Gaga in a new light. Naked, tattoo-less and sedated, the pop star looks more like a lamb than a lion. I love it because they’re showing us an image we’ve never seen before.

 

Bazaar UK

UK Bazaar only needs half of Gisele’s perfect bone structure to sell a September issue! The new mom has the perfect stare, and I like the lace look of this season. I already bought one look while I was in France…… This cover offers a memorable, dramatic look, and frankly, I like Gisele in anything she wears.

 

ELLE Sweden

Elle Sweden offers us a fun one!!! With Frida Gustavsson playing around in a collage of Elle’s standard September cover: a solo image of Frida. The image is cute, funny, and just the happy pick-me-up for fall. Love it!

 

Vogue Portugal

Vogue Portugal proclaims the return of sensuality and curves, I just wish they would have chosen someone other than twiggy Olga Sherer. The styling is extremely successful, especially with the motion in the shot, (looks like a Leslie Kee picture!). Olga herself looks like a modern version of fashion icon Marlene Dietrich. I love that they are using Sepia instead of full on black and white.

 

Vogue UK

British Vogue and Kate Moss…… this is Kate and Brit Vogue’s millionth collaboration, and with every cover, the styling relies more on Kate’s fame than the cover appeal itself. But I like the rock-chic look that Kate’s offer in this picture.

 

Dazed USA

Clean, simple, actual. I like the picture because Dakota Fanning offers a very unique look for a September Issue. If I was in my early twenties, I would definitely buy the magazine to see what she wears before going to shop.

Alexander Wang Fall 2010 Ready-to-Wear Alexander Wang assembled an impressive team for his first campaign video: Craig McDean behind the camera, Fabien Baron in the creative director’s chair, Karl Templer as stylist, Abbey Lee Kershaw for a muse, and one very hardworking wind machine.

First i started my day with a big bowl of fruits, organic cereals and yogurt and with a cup of fresh organic coffee from Peru. And, then I jumped in my AUDI Q5 and drove my 2 boys to school.

Afterward I met my friends Andrea, Tina, Asami and Hiroko at Maria H.’s shop in Aoyama, because Maria was having a sales today (and she will have within the next few days).

I bought the Caftan that Hiroko is modeling above on the picture, and plus, the one piece swimsuit to wear underneath. I am going to Kona in Hawaii in 2 months for Thanksgiving also I will be happy to wear it there.

Go check it, …. it is easy to find and she has many amazing swimsuits on sale from this summer collection!.

Then, I went to Mars The Salon to have my nails done and a pedicure. Two hours of quiet time and pampering time. here with Asami and my 2 pretty and friendly nailsits.

To go to Mars….

I felt asleep and woke up very relaxed… then I went to Toni&Guy in Harajuku to have my highlights done as well as a cut by Sunao. I met Chiaki one of my student from my DVD series. I was really happy to see her. She looked great and Sunao had just cut and colored her hair and she looked happy and so confident… when I remeber how she was when i met her at the audition… incredible! Well you will have to wait until my DVDs come out around the end of November…. you can see my hair is wrapped into many pieces of aluminium! I look like a nuclear plant!

Then my personal naturopath Kitahara sensei came to see me to talk about my latest hormone test results…. I will have to explain more about what I am doing since 6 months ago to be-feel-younger….. in another post!

I read two magazines ELLE and VOGUE UK. Love the fashion for this winter, very chic! I read a story about friendship, very nice. Friendship is so important to me… it is like an engine that keeps me going, growling, growing! Thank you Andrea for my nice summer gift, a McQueen long flashy pink t-shirt, you are the sweetest!

 

My nails as always… turquoise blue. I cannot stop doing the same color, like a signature.

And my latest bag… i love! Another one from Marc Jacobs (hum… I am really addicted!). It is perfect for any occasion….. from being a Mom in the morning, having lunch with friends, during working hours in the afternoon and for diner out at night.

Then I went back to the Chanel building on Omotesando and straight to the B2 where I parked my Q5. How many parking charge only a maximum of 2,000 yen for the whole day? And take you up and down seated inside your car (air-conditionning very important in Ausgust in Tokyo!) in a giant elevator???!!! yes, your car inside the elevator with you!

As you can see, I am always the only one parking my car from the front…. but it is perfectly parked!

Actually, the only place as well, where the parking attendant does not run toward me screaming DAMME! (NO!) because he wants me to turn my car around!!…. do not ask the reason, I could never get the answer (and I perfectly understand Japanese ))

Can you see the elevator? I am ready to get in,,,, driving my car. You should try it next time. The entrance is inside the street located on the left side of the Chanel shop, again, on the Omotesando avenue.

Going to bed, already 10 pm and tomorrow early I am going to Nagoya for a big conference, with many Japanese TV productions, and I MUST look good (>>>). Gambaremasu!
