“Ines Secret”

For the first time the other day I  saw the physical finished product of  ”Ines Secret.” The box is a beautiful purple, the workbooks and DVDs have vibrant colors and beautiful pictures.  The packaging itself emits the positivity and energy that I hoped it would.  I’m so excited I finally have a way to get my message out to any woman who is interested in hearing it.

This project has been a dream come true for me.  I have learned so much about women and what makes them happy and beautiful with my 13 years of working as the director of Miss Universe Japan.  It was very rewarding to be a part of the transformation of so many women and to watch them grow, find beauty and ultimately themselves.  But after doing this for as long as I  did, I started to feel that it was my duty to not only reach the women who would be a part of a beauty competition, but also the “everyday woman.”  I am grateful to Oak Lawn Marketing for helping me create these DVDs and for giving me the opportunity to reach out to “the every woman.”

This is an 8 week program, there are 8 DVDs and 9 workbooks in the set.  It is a comprehensive guide to being a woman, covering topics such as diet, exercise, fashion, make-up, knowing your self, and being yourself.

I hope my message to women on these DVDs will reach women of all ages, situations, with various past and future.  If they follow this 8 week program, at the end they will discover a new person, a new you with a new beginning.

Oak Lawn Marketing, the company behind this project, is looking for women who would like to be monitors for my DVDs.

イネスシークレット

このあいだ初めて仕上がったイネスシークレットを手に取って見る事が出来たの。とても綺麗なパープルの箱でワークブックとDVDは鮮やかな色と素敵な写真がデザインされている。私が思っていた通りパッケージもエネルギッシュでパワフルに出来上がっていたわ。やっと私のメッセージを聞きたいと願っている全ての女性に伝えられる！

このプロジェクトは私の長年の夢だったの。ミスユニバースのディレクターとして努めて来た１３年間で女性を美しくする事、幸せにする事が何なのかを学んで来た。多くのミスユニバースの女性の成長と変化を見る事が出来て私はとても恵まれていると思う。彼女達はトレーニングを通して自分が誰なのかを学び美しくなっていく。長年この女性の変化を見て来て、ミスユニバースに興味を持っている女性だけでは無く、より多くの一般的な女性に同じ様なトレーニングを受けられる場、若しくは状況を作りたいと思って来たの。オークローンマーケティングがこのプロジェクトを手がけてくれて、私のメッセージを多くの女性に伝えるチャンスをくれて本当に感謝しているわ。

We had to go through a big typhoon on Saturday… I love typhoons because I lived in Hong Kong for 5 years and over there it was the end of the world each time…. I used to look at it from  the 43rd floor of my apartment building which was really exciting. But deep down inside of me  I am always worried and thinking about the homeless people in the parks, and how hard it must be for them….

Above on the picture, Satomi Ogawa, my second Miss Japan to be elected in 1999 with Noa Bleu, my son#2, trying on glasses at Topshop Men in Harajuku yesterday. Yurika Nakazono, she used to be Satomi’s manager when she was Miss japan back in 1999,  is visiting from New York and we spent the weekend shopping in Tokyo, eating cakes and sipping on teas. Yurika is 5 months pregnant and she rocks her pregnacy, she is full of energy! Noa came with us yesterday and we took him to Kiddyland on Cat Sreet, Harajuku, at its new opened shop.

Asami Saito Ferguson, Valentino Brand Ambassador in Japan, is organizing a private party for VIPs at her home soon. I went with the models and Asami to the press room to check o the new collections, also a French Television was filming me while working and I dropped by to see the fitting.

The clothes are AMAZING! Valentino exults elegance, preciousness and fashion. And the summer collection is very beautiful, I had a pick at it yesterday…..

Clara Morgane – Le Diable au Corps (Clara New Album)

Shooting for French television at home. TELLEMENT PEOPLE – NRJ12

Yesterday was indeed a long but FUN day as I SHOT WITH BEAUTIFUL AND SEXY CLARA MORGANE AT HOME.

Clara is even more beautiful in person than how she looks on TV. Let me tell you….. this young woman is real smart, soft spoken and she a has a bubbling personality which makes her attractive and friendly. She is a hard worker like me and totally focused on her work. Very sweet girl to work with!

On the picture below, the Japanese crew working as well during the day shooting some portions for my DVD advertorial. Also yesterday 2 different crews from 2 different continents, were shooting at my home. It was quite intense, but really stimulating!

I wear a long dramatic black&white long dress, that I bought at Topshop in Harajuku, with earrings (Fatimah’s hands) &  blue flower ring that I bought in Dubai. Also, a few bead bracelets that I made myself and with my favorite plastic turquoise watch. (Also under my dress… Celine high knees black leather boots).

Hier J’ai fait un tournage pour la télévision Française, la chaîne NRJ12, “Tellement People” avec Clara Morgane. Elle a des yeux bleu-gris a s’y perdre dedans! J’adore sa personnalité très joviale, animée et chaleureuse. C’est super facile de travailler avec elle, car elle est toujours très concentrée sur ce qu’elle fait, elle est une perfectionniste comme moi. Elle a aussi des éclats de rire qui sont rafraîchissants!

Ci-dessous, vous pouvez voir l’équipe Japonaise qui filmait aussi hier en même temps que la télé Française, mais eux étaient concentres sur ma série de 8 DVDs qui sortiront très prochainement.

We are getting ready for the interview. I am not told the questions in advance so that I will sound more spontaneous while answering. My french sometimes is a bit weak, also I am mentally searching for my words… arrrrr… I hope I am not going to embarrass my parents when the program airs beginning of January.

Je porte une longue robe robe en noir et noir & blanc, très dramatique avec des visages de chats un peu partout, que j’ai achetée chez Topshop a Harajuku.. Aussi des boucles d’oreilles en forme de main de Fatimah, que j’adore. je les ai achetées a Dubai avec la bague en céramique bleue que je porte sur la photo. Sous ma robe je porte des cuissardes en cuir noir que j’ai achetées chez Céline. On les aperçoit quand je m’assoie ou lorsque je remonte ma robe en marchant. les bracelets turquoises je les ai fait moi-même et ce sont mes porte-bonheurs car les perles appartenait a mon mari lorsqu’il était adolescent. (Car les Hawaiiens portent des colliers de perles sur torse-nu la plus part du temps, je trouve ça super sexy!).

It is quite sad how many women of all ages, I see on the streets in Tokyo lately, completely anorexic and unhealthy looking.

no wonders she looses her shoe, next might be her leg…. sad.

Now, how in the world, this woman can be considered as one of the best stylist right now!!?? Look at her, that makes me so angry…. she  a role model to many women for God sakes, how can she looses it this way? She is pregnant now, also I wonder what the baby will find inside of her to feed itself,when she must be lacking everything from essential vitamins, oligo-elements to minerals, sick!

My advise:

If your nutritionist or your stylist look like this, well you’d better run away before she poisons you!

Again, people with anorexia become completely obsessed with weight and dieting. They develop a fear of becoming fat and have a distorted mental image of their body, always seeing themselves as fat, even when they are extremely thin. Common attributes of anorexic sufferers are under-eating, vigorous exercise, ritualistic food habits and abuse of laxatives cause excessive loss of weight. Most anorexic people have no history of being overweight.

If you read this and you are starving yourself, please understand that this is how we really see you…and it is NOT pretty.

Death is looking straight at us from your face…. please treat yourself, let your family and friends help you.

Your are a treasure, your body is a temple, take good care of it.
