IT’S A WRAP!
Here below, you can see the room on the last day of filming in studio for my DVDs. What you cannot see are all the technicians upstairs, inside the dark computers room with TVs everywhere…. the sound proof booth with the 2 simultaneous translators inside, the 5 cameramen shooting in unison.
Everyone is amazing, each person a piece of the puzzle. You also cannot see the 24 students on the left side because I wish to keep them as a surprise later on….
Today, all day, we worked to finalize the majority of the all editing, it is done!
Otskusare sama deshita! Now it will be the polishing, finishing, adjusting….. until it goes out on December 1st.
THANK YOU SHIGE!
There will be no me without the talent and kindness of so many people behind the scenes around me or any person who live a public life….. I am truly fortunate to have met so many amazing artists during my 13 years in Japan….
They work hard, they are patient, they have talent…
There are directors, make-up artists, hair stylists, cameramen, videographers, editors, marketers, lightning and sound system technician, translators, models, choreographers, fashion designers, stylists, dancers, singers, producers, web & graphic designers, office staff, writers, publishers, fitness trainers, nutritionists and of course my personal assistants Rie, Tomoko and Emiko, my super-nannies at home Remy & Juliette and my agent Isogai san…… while I write this, so many faces and smiles are popping up into my head…..
Mina san, domo aligato gozaimashita! I am always busy but I am thinking of you all always and how hard you all work to survive into this competitive world.
and not to forget my dear fans…. without whom there would have been no real reason why, I would have worked so hard and for so many years.
You all have a piece of my heart, my memories and most of all: my respect and appreciation.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Good night.
Ines
Some more pictures backstage during the last filming….
Sunao & Izumi (my hair & make-up artists and my friends)

My MacBook and my iPhone, I always have them close to me…
My great agent Isogai san of Timeline, with Tomoko Ohtake who takes good care of me at the agency.
My sweet assistant Rie Asakura is always snapping pictures around, with my Canon camera, so that I can use it on my blog, my Facebook, Twitter and of course my beloved MIXI diary almost daily, kept up by “Tach”.
Did you know I have over 19,000 fans on MIXI? (the Japanese Facebook)!
No you are not dreaming!!
This is indeed the incredible master of Make-up artistry: Shimada Chiaki. Well wait to see his great tips and lessons inside my DVDs. He is here with his complete team of artists, over 20 of them, all dressed in stylish black.
Sunao and Izumi always pending of me, always smiling and genki. I love you guys, your positive energy is so important to get me happy all day and powerful!
The translating booth. These 2 women are out of this world! They are incredibly fast, focused, smart! They have been translating during countless hours, for me and the 24 students. WOW!
Below my 2 darlings, Ikuno san who has been in charge of the translators, the workbook designer and content. She is actually the owner of one of the well-respected simultaneous translating and interpretation agencies in Japan called ABECE. And, Emiko my personal assistant. I work with Emiko since a few years already and she poised, smart and always calm and positive. She has a great intuition and knows well how to make her boss happy… me!
The studio where we shot is where most of the most popular TV shows are recorded, such as SMAP X SMAP.
When you walked in the hallways, you can see so many famous artist names such as Downtown, Kimtaku, IKKO, Girolamo…. , who’s names are on the door of the dressing rooms outside of the recording rooms.
Well, mine is the least famous I know… but because I am a woman I get the chance to have the first room so that I do not have to walk with my super high heels everywhere to reach the studio. (Actually IKKO san as well, and she even came to say hello in between filming, nice!).
Kristina, my fun, sweet and beautiful personal trainer and fitness instructor. She will make you move during the eight weeks program, your body will transform, you will love the new you that she will help you design! GET READY
))
There is NOTHING like it in Japan… nothing that is so complete, detailed, colorful, stylish and FUN!
8 week program, including 8 DVDs, 8 workbooks and special bonus footage like lessons by make-maestro Shimada Chiaki.
It is produced by Oak Lawn Marketing, the same company that produced the hugely successful BILLY`s BOOT CAMP, two years ago.
la femme zebre (the woman-zebra)
I just wanted to share these pictures because I think that they are really beautiful.
And that you for the incredible response regarding my invitation to attend Guerlain. Unfortunately only 5 persons have been invited based on the first 5 who replied. To everyone else, there will be other occasions I promise!
Happy weekend to all!

DANGER!….. PLASTIC BOTTLES
http://www.nytimes.com/2010/09/07/science/07bpa.html?_r=1&emc=eta1
Following my post regarding the danger of chemicals in plastic bottles a few days ago, well I ask my great friend Erica Angyal, and here is what she wrote back to me…
Ines,
We all know it’s impossible to completely avoid plastic bottles, but it’s a good idea to avoid them where possible. BPA is also found in the linings of canned food….
Get a great reverse osmosis filter on your taps at home, and where possible use glass. There are some companies like Evian and Surgiva (Italian) that sell their water in glass bottles. Transfer some of the food in plastics into glass …… everything used to come in glass!
But what really worries me is mothers that put their plastic baby’s bottles in the microwave to warm up milk, or even their food in a microwave in plastic containers with a plastic wrap…. The heat can speed up the release of the nasty chemicals like BPA into the milk. This will also happen if you keep a plastic water bottle in the sun in your car …
Babies and children are so much more vulnerable to the effects of many of these “hormone disruptors”.
But plastics certainly aren’t the only hormone disruption out there … pesticides, herbicides, chemicals in cosmetics and especially in chemical sunscreens, and potentially thousands of other chemicals including the stuff that they include in non-stick cookware.
The Environmental Working Group (EWG) is a great resource that works to protect kids (and people!!) from toxic chemicals in our food, water, air and the products. They do some really interesting testing …

Can’t wait to see you soon!
