Hi Ines! I’m so glad to be able to keep up with you this way. I’m very interested in reading this book but couldn’t find it in amazon. I googled it and it’s by Ritz Carlton Tokyo’s GM Ricco de Blank right? Is it by any chance available in English? I bought just last year the book ‘The New Gold Standard’ about Ritz Carlton’s legendary customer experience that’s why i would like to read this book too.
